As an annual event to mark the official commencement of the new academic year, the BSc Programme Team of the School of Biomedical Sciences (SBS) organized the Inauguration Ceremony for Academic Year 2021/22 on 6 September 2021, to welcome the newly admitted students and all the current students of the BSc in Biomedical Sciences Programme back to school. It was well attended by over a hundred students and academic staff of the School.

Prof. Andrew M. Chan, Director of SBS first delivered a welcome speech, followed by presentations of welcome gifts to the new students from their Academic Mentors (AMs) and Personal Development Mentors (PDMs). All freshmen were then arranged to meet their AMs and PDMs to further interact and mingle after the Ceremony. We warmly welcome all new students for joining the big family of SBS and wish all teachers and students a fruitful academic year ahead.
