Mr. Jeffrey C.H. Ng, the Year 4 student of the BSc in Biomedical Sciences Programme took part in the STEM Internship Scheme supported by the Innovation and Technology Commission, HKSAR Government in the summer 2021. He was offered an internship at the biomedical R&D centre of BioMed Technology Holdings Limited in Hong Kong Science Park, which supports the Industry Partnership Programme on Biomedical Internship of the School of Biomedical Sciences (SBS), CUHK. During the internship, Jeffrey gained deeper understanding of how information technology can be combined with biotechnology in scientific research in the commercial world.
