Features: Dionex Ultimate 3000 Nano-LC system

- Nano LC system designed to optimize low flow separations of protein / peptides for mass spectrometry to provide the best resolution, sensitivity, and selectivity for proteomics applications

- Associated with fraction collector Bruker Proteineer fcII to fractionate and spot fractions onto MALDI AnchorChip targets plate for MALDI TOF TOF protein identification

- Trap column: facilitate pre-concentration and cleaning of sample

- Low flow rate : very low flow rates possible, down to 20 nL/min

- Maximum pressure: available up to 620 bar

- Injection cycle times as low as 15 s

 

Bruker Proteineer fc II

- As a LC-MALDI fraction collector offline coupling of liquid chromatography (LC) to MALDI mass spectrometry (LC-MALDI)

- The system collects separated peptide samples from Dionex Nano- LC systems and deposits them on MALDI AnchorChip targets for MALDI TOF TOF protein identification

- Simultaneous preparation of both LC flow and supporting matrix solution enabled by sheath flow

- Four positions in MTP format for MALDI Anchor Targets or well plates and a position for matrix or washing solution.

- Fraction collection time: > 7 sec./fraction
