Mr. Marcus Williams, Director of Student Recruitment and International Affairs, and Dr. Mike Titheradge, Senior Lecturer in Biochemistry, School of Life Sciences, University of Sussex, United Kingdom, visited the School of Biomedical Sciences on 25 June 2013.
The guests were arranged to meet Prof. Chan Wai-yee, Director of School of Biomedical Sciences, Prof. Woody W.Y. Chan, Associate Director (Graduate Education), Prof. Cho Chi-hin, Associate Director (Research), Prof. Fung Kwok-pui, Associate Director (Administration) and Prof. Kenneth K.H. Lee, the Managing Director of the core facilities of the School. After a brief introduction of the latest development of the School, the visitors were guided to tour the major facilities at the Lo Kwee-Seong Integrated Biomedical Sciences Building.
The visit enhanced the mutual understanding between both parties and laid down a sound platform for future collaborations.
