Prof. Kenneth K.H. Lee, Chief of the Stem Cell and Regeneration Program and the Managing Director of the Core Laboratories of our School, has recently been awarded the "Diamond Jubilee International Visiting Fellowship" by the University of Southampton, United Kingdom, for a period of three years starting from 1 August 2014. Being established on her 60th anniversary in 2012, this Visiting Fellowship scheme aims at encouraging the members of the University of Southampton to consolidate scholarly links with international partners.

The award recognizes not only Prof. Lee's academic achievements but also his continued efforts in establishing collaborative relationship between the University of Southampton and the School of Biomedical Sciences.
