Miss Charmaine Y.W. Tsang, a 2nd-year student of the BSc in Biomedical Sciences Programme of the School of Biomedical Sciences, received Hong Kong Life Sciences Scholarship Award at the Hong Kong Life Sciences Scholarship Awards 2022 Presentation Ceremony organised by the Hong Kong Life Sciences Society (HKLSS) on 26 November 2022. She was also invited to present a Vote of Thanks on behalf of the awardees.

The Awards are established by HKLSS to encourage outstanding undergraduate students who are pursuing life sciences or biomedical science programmes in a UGC-funded institutions in Hong Kong. Each awardee will receive a scholarship of HK$50,000 with other complimentary entitlements, including mentorship and summer internship opportunities. This year, 13 students from 4 institutions were selected for the Awards.

We sincerely congratulate Miss Tsang on winning this scholarship with her exceptional academic performance.
