The Ion Chef System Ion Torrent S5 Sequencer
The Ion Chef System and the Ion S5 Sequencing System enable targeted next-generation sequencing workflow for panels, microbes, exomes, FFPE, transcriptomes and copy number analysis.

Ion Chef System

  •  The system helps to simply the next-generation sequencing workflow for Ion S5,
     
  •  It incorporates automated Ion Ampliseq library preparation, template preparation and chip loading in the system with the use of pre-packaged cartridge-based reagent kits for library preparation.
  • It enables reproducible template preparation on 2 chips for multiple samples for sequencing within hours.
  •  Ion chips (Ion 510, 520, 530 & 540 chips are compatible for use) and consumables required will not be provided by Core Labs.
