Seahorse XFe96 Extracellular Flux Analyzer

Seahorse XFe96 Extracellular Flux Analyzer
Features:

- Studies two major energy producing pathways of the cell

– mitochondrial respiration and glycolysis simultaneously in a 96

-well microplate format in real-time and temperature controlled environment 

- Measures simultaneously oxygen consumption rate (OCR) and extracellular acidification rate (ECAR) in all wells, or please refer to Seahorse website for other applications at

- Detects cellular responses to up to 4 substrates, inhibitors, or other drugs in an automated compounds mixing and measuring 

- Optimizing conditions is recommended.

- CO2 & non-CO2 incubator, water bath and BSC are included. Users are responsible for preparing the medium and reagents, performing cell washing, and loading the assay cartridges.
